While several of the deadline items are set on a fixed date by the rules, others are dependent upon agency-specific cycles.<\/p>\n<p>Please start with the <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tpmtimeline.tpm-portal.com\/wp-content\/plugins\/ipmtt\/doc\/UserGuide.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">User Guide<\/a><\/strong> to understand how to use the tool.<\/p>\n<p><b>Next, please answer the following questions as they apply to your agency.
